What does the Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment (CSG-DSE) help you access?

The Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment (CSG-DSE) provides funding for services and equipment to help students with disabilities fully participate in their post-secondary learning. Such services and equipment can include:

  • Academic Strategy and Tutoring support
  • Various assistive technologies, such as text-to-speech software, lecture recording software, laptop and/or tablet
  • Specialized services, such as note-taking, typist support, or interpreting services
  • Educational-psychological assessments, ADHD assessments or other medical documentation required for eligibility
